"Exceptional, sad to be leaving, nothing will compare!"

Everything, room was exceptional, Ms Phuong went the extra mile and was very helpful, we got our room upgraded for free and had the most amazing view, we had many gifts left for us and some lovely notes, couldn’t have asked for anything better for our honeymoon

"Lovely stay in Da Nang"

Loved our stay. Rooftop pool and bar are a nice feature. Room was large and everything we needed. Laundry was returned very promptly. Close to the beach. Loved our stay.

The bathroom set up is a little odd - with sink in the bedroom. Often meant the floor was wet, but a minor complaint.

"Not perfect, but we would return"

- Beds are huge and extremely comfortable - The location was perfect for us - across the road from the beach, short walk from paid umbrellas, and lots of bars and places to eat around - Breakfast was large and varied, suiting every diet - Staff were very friendly and attentive - Considering it was a beachfront hotel, the bar on the roof was very reasonably priced - Pool itself was nice (although a little tired and not very well protected from the sun)

- The toilet/shower. It’s all open glass, I didn’t find showering a major issue, but going to the loo felt a little intimate when all you have between you and the bed is a shower curtain behind a glass door… - The toilet and shower are also in one space, meaning it’s impossible for the toilet floor not to get wet when taking a shower. Just a small design flaw which can’t be changed now - Sink is in the bedroom area, and the drains from the bathroom section can kick up a bit - Housekeeping can be a little lax - we found things weren’t replaced daily. While not an issue, something to note None of these cons were a deal breaker for us and we would stay again, they’re just things to be aware of for the next guests!

"Schoon verblijf en vriendelijk personeel"

Personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt je graag. De locatie is goed! Dichtbij het strand en in de avond kun je wandelen naar de night market. Een extra bedankje aan Daisy die ons heel fijn heeft geholpen!
