The box (room) was clean and the bed was comfortable, that's about it.

Horrible owner's attitude, first thing he did when I checked in was to ask for a 5 stars review, so inappropriate and aggressive, made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The "room" is in reality a makeshift plywood box carved out of the allway, no window, no sound insulation. And you can't use the communal areas cause they're so cluttered and filthy, worst I've ever seen and this is my only negative review of my 2 weeks travelling around Taiwan. The bathroom is shared and it's really old and dingy. No coffee/tea, nothing and it's very expensive for what it actually is. I loved Lukang and decided to extend my stay but I changed guesthouse after the 1st night. There are much better options.

半夜2次超大聲關門聲音！整個嚇醒。(我這間單人房隔音欠佳，外面聲音很容易傳進來）

It was comfortable and convenient and good value for money.

The light of the AC and above the door made the room very bright when trying to sleep. I do not think it is appropriate that the owner to asked me to give him a 10 star rating.
