The staff were incredibly attentive and observant. The hotel breakfast was stunning. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. A truly blissful experience.

The Essenza restaurant. My meal was far too salty which made it unpleasant. Not worth the high price of the menu.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, non ho davvero nulla ridire! Servizio eccellente, personale super cordiale e gentile sempre. Ci ricorderemo sempre del cameriere che ci ha seriviti più spesso al ristorante si chiama Mohamed! Impeccabile! Pulizie camera abbiamo notato che passano anche 2 volte al giorno! Ogni tanto bussano per chiedere se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa e come va. L’area giochi è stupenda, mio figlio si è divertito tantissimo con le maestre! Il mandarin rimane una delle strutture più belle mai visitate!
