Beautiful location and kindest hosts

Everyone was so kind and you could tell genuinely wanted us to enjoy being there. Home cooked breakfast too, Which was delicious, and free bike hire is a bonus to this fantastic stay. Great location too, fantastic views

Not only the Sunshine homestay but also the owner of the property are very good. Their gesture and behavior is appreciating. Must recommend for travellers with family.

It’s the perfect place to stay. Super chill and cozy, owner is a such sweet and nice lady, she took care of us like a mother. Also you will have a friend there-his name is Zyn(a dog). And breakfast was delicious. 10/10

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Sunshine Homestay wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft ist überall sehr sauber und gepflegt, und man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut die Familie in das Homestay steckt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr willkommen gefühlt. Besonders schön ist der Poolbereich mit der beeindruckenden Felskulisse im Hintergrund – ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tagesausflug. Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Außerdem gibt es einen praktischen Wäscheservice und kostenlose Fahrräder, die jederzeit genutzt werden können, um Tam Coc und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, aber trotzdem sind Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Für uns war wirklich alles perfekt – wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

On a tout aimé dans cet établissement ! Le lieu à l’écart et proche de la ville. Les petits bungalows simples et confortables. Une famille d’une grande gentillesse avec Nga, lumineuse, et son fils très sociable. Les vélos sont entretenus et prêtés. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Mes frères et moi avions loué 3 bungalows et la terrasse au milieu des fleurs était très reposante!

Peaceful homestay in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains and rice fields, but only about a 10 minute walk to the town, with bikes available for free so it was easy to get around. Very friendly and warm staff, always smiling. Breakfast was very tasty, good selection including pancakes, eggs, fruit, bread, smoothies and coffee. Large, clean swimming pool. Rooms basic but comfortable with AC. I would stay here again if i ever return to Ninh Binh!!

Most welcoming staff ever ! We had everything we needed at all time.
