GRΉταν άνετο, ευρύχωρο, πλήρως οργανωμένο και εξοπλισμένο. Ήταν σε καλη τοποθεσία, περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη μαρίνα, γενικά με ευκολία στο πάρκινγκ στη γειτονιά. Όμορφη αισθητική, σε έκανε να νιώθεις άνετα στο χώρο, χωρίς υπερβολές. Ωραία βεράντα που σε έλκυε στο να θες να κάτσεις.
Το μπάνιο, καθώς η πόρτα ήταν ουσιαστικά τζάμι με αμμοβολή και δεν ένιωθες ιδιωτικότητα, δεν κλείδωνε και δεν είχε ηχομόνωση. Άλλες μικρές φθορές και αστοχίες, όπως πχ οτι έπρεπε να προσέξεις να μη φεύγουν νερά από το ντουζ, δεν επηρέαζαν τη συνολική αίσθηση του σπιτιού.
