Location and view. Not just breakfast breads and cereals but Refrigerator was stocked as well. David was available, answered questions about the area and even cleaned the dirty dishes

The best place I’ve ever stayed in, amazing views, super comfy bed, has everything you could possibly need, the breakfast provision is excellent , I can’t recommend bay view enough. I love it , and the host David is a lively man who takes the time to check that you have everything you need. It’s first class .

Great value for money with a wide variety of breakfast options left. Compact but had everything that was needed. Location was ideal by the sea. We didn’t have a sea view but it didn’t matter.

If you have a large car don’t head to the lane/car park. Just park nearby and walk.

It was lovely and warm with a fridge full of goodies!!! Loved it!

Loved the berries and other fridge contents. Great to have own door - french doors looking out to sea. Very central and comfortable. Attentive host.

Parking was too tight for my pickup so parked on main street.
