Чудесное и очень удобное расположение, самый центр. В пешей доступности все интересные места, до моря 10 минут прогулочным шагом.

Владелец все подробно описала, найти дом и квартиру было легко. Коммуникация на высшем уровне. Квартира чистая, со всем необходимым.
