King Tom Street Apartment

It was really homely, and everything is right near you, the owner was really nice and polite, would return here 10/10

Location is ideal as you can get anywhere in Split by foot. The flat is spacious and has everything you need including things like toilet paper, washing detergent, sugar, salt, etc…

It‘s not the best property to book if you have a car because there is no parking included.

The property was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I’d say it’s one of the most unique apartments making you feel like you’re visiting a family member for a long weekend. Many apartments have very basic decorations and generic furniture, but you can tell that whoever owns this place has lived here for a long time. It’s a breath of fresh air!

Amazing location. Very spacious. Short walk to ferries, bus station etc. Beside the old town and all its restaurants and bars. Apartment had everything you could need ( and more!) There is a bakery opposite.

Some street noise but very little given its location. It was quite cool when we were there but I could see the lack of air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom could be a problem. However, there was a fan provided in the room.

The location could not have been better (right opposite the Palace). We were so happy to be surrounded by all the entertainment, good restaurants and great sights in the old town. All this and still within walking distance of popular beaches. Not to mention the amazing comfort of our apartment where we felt completely at home. We especially appreciated the welcome our host provided after a long day of travel. Thank you for having us!

tv remote control did not work apart from that great plenty of room in apartment air con was excellent

Apartment is in a great, central location for all attractions. It's spacious, quiet, comfortable and has all facilities and equipment we needed. The owner and her son were extremely helpful and were there to check us in as late as 10.30pm due to our late flight from the UK.

Fewer stairs to climb, but we knew it was upstairs.

Management was highly unprofessional and extremely inappropriate, messaging us angrily after an honest and thoughtful review (an 8 out of 10) with some minor suggestions for improvement. His communication was mean-spirited and borderline abusive. Therefore, we have been forced to change the review to reflect this unfortunate experience, and cannot recommend this property. We have also reported the manager's behavior to Booking.com Customer Service so that others can be forewarned.
