The property was nice I liked the living room

It was very cold in the property the bed wasn’t actually a double the tv in the bedroom was rather small and would cut out from time to time the toilet aswell isn’t what I expected overall the pictures don’t do the place much justice because I feel like it wasn’t what I expected

High ceilings, traditional with sympathetic modern decor, central location, ground floor, dedicated parking with easy access back into the building. Good instructions to access apartment via YouTube.

Exceptionally hot summer, some windows painted fixed, other windows didn’t open fully, no fans provided.

"Good flat, shame about the issues"

Location was great for the conference I attended, property was clean, coffee machine and hot chocolate provided, comfortable bed. The flat itself was great, the bureaucracy and some annoying issues weren’t

The bureaucracy after the booking was made. Realms of terms of conditions to read through and sign, and a contract. This was not enough, there was also a £300 deposit and they wanted me to phone to do this, not ideal when I was on a crowded train, as I didn’t want to read out my card details they sent me a link. If I had arrived a few minutes before 4pm I wouldn’t have been able to get in as I wouldn’t have the code for the key box. The flat was freezing cold when I arrived. I turned on the heating and as they were small panel heaters the flat wasn’t warm until the next morning, no good if you are only staying 2 nights! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided but no milk. Most people take milk with tea/coffee. The TV in the lounge is missing the arial lead so no terrestrial TV here, only Netflix. The bedroom TV didn’t work for anything! No soap to wash your hands in the bathroom (luckily I had a mini one with me). I had informed the management company that I was staying for work purposes and they tried to ring me at 10am the morning after I checked in instead of messaging me. Even though I had to sign a contract that I must leave by 10 or I would be fined, I additionally received a message repeating this! Good flat overall but marred by the above, I would stay here again and request milk and soap and that the cleaner puts the heating on. There has been a previous review mentioning the TV issue and so this should have been resolved.
