Perla Top Floor Apartment

The location is good, 10 min walk from the old town, where the cars are not allowed, so it is good that you can leave your car at the apartment and walk. Overall it was good.

The parking place in the underground garage under the building is extremely narrow. If you are not a master in the reverse parking, you will have a problem there. If you travel with heavy suitcases, consider that there are quite some steps to climb. If you sit in the balcony, you do not see anything as the balconies are built within the roof area. The small road leading to the lake, as shown in pictures is a private road. There is no access to the lake. The windows do not have proper blinds nor curtains, so the sunlight enters the room early morning. Be ready to be awake early. As the apartment is in the top floor and does not have proper window blinds, it becomes very hot very quickly, after you switch off the AC. Installing external window blinds would be the first thing I would do there.

Excellent location, renovated apartment, quiet and modern, good value for price, well equipped. We would definitely come back. Lot of space and small terraces with a bit of view to the lake (when standing but still nice). Only 10 minutes walk to centre and garage available

Almost perfect, double bed too soft for our own taste, we would have needed few more big cups, but all basics were there. It’s specified in the description but note that bed sheets and towels are separately charged. Note supermarket are not walking distance

Towels and sheets are charged separately 40 Euros The two bunk beds have very hard mattress, so it is far from a pleasant sleep experience. We needed to buy ourselves soap since there was none for shower and hygienical paper since there were only 2 for 4 persons, for 6 days

Spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Parking in garage below a great bonus for sirmione.

Partial lake view mainly as described but needed to be on balcony to see over parapet, so no actual view when in living room and bedroom.

Such a wonderful place very close to historical centre of Sirmione! Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need on vacations: dishes, towels (for extra payment), big wardrobes, cozy interior and comfortable beds. Wi-fi was excellent! We stayed in january and it was warm inside thanks to air conditioning. Diana helped us to check in and showed everything we need. And we could keep our car in inderground garage. Location of the apartment is perfect. It is clean and roomy! All of the rooms have balcony and air conditioner so it is great. 😃

One thing made me disappointed. This apartment was advertised with wifi connection but it did not work during my holiday. 😔😔😔 Apart from wifi problem, everything was perfect.

Perfect location for restaurants ,old town and castle

The apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and is in an excellent location. It’s very quiet but close enough to all amenities.

A few things unfortunately. I’m not sure it’s fair to say it “boasts” a lake view. Yes, you can see the lake if you stand on the small balcony/terrace but when you sit down all you can see is the wall. Plus the Wi-Fi is awful. It dips in and out a lot and is a poor signal. We pretty much gave up with it. A couple of other things: the plates and bowls are plastic - why? The sheets aren’t very nice and didn’t actually fit the mattress and there’s an iron but no ironing board. Also, we would suggest putting a mirror in the bedrooms and a rubbish bin in the bathroom, and it would be a good idea to put an information sheet in the apartment explaining how to dispose of rubbish, where supermarkets are etc.
