Nice, new renovated apartment. Working AC. Excellent location, close to the train station, shops, 25 minutes from the historic centre. Very good service.

"Great place to stay"

The appartment was brandly new and everything looked just like on the photos. The appatment is well planned and comfortable. Two rooms, each with a bathroom (every bathroom has a window) - makes it suitable for two couples or family. The beds are very comfortable and are well prepared for colder nights in the wintertime as well as hot summer nights. Also each room has an airconditioner. You will find here all useful devices - hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and ironingdesk, and in the kitchen coffee mashine, keetle, little oven and of course heating plate. The kitchen is small but well organized and comfortable. The appatment has also a small balcony featuring the inside yard of the building. The appatment was very clean and prefectly prepared for our visit. The wifi net worked very well. The appatment is situated no more than 50m from an Metro station (Italy) and 2 min walk from a bus stop (Alibus from/to the airport and other Catanias buses). It's silent inside, without street noise. We've been here in the end of March/ beginning of April and the appatment haven't had any humidity. Angela was very helpful and solicitous - thank you very much!
