The location was near the airport.

We stayed before and it had been cleaned. The second time the sheets had clearly not been changed as there were 'stains' and 'hairs' on them. I asked for a refund and she refused and said they got cleaned everyday so I assume I got the second hand sheets of a guest earlier in the day (we arrived late). The batteries in the remote control were flat so we couldn't even watch a film. I messaged her but she replied after we left.
