Excellent staff service. Only 10 minutes from Birmingham airport.More over the owner helped me to drop in airport. Room was also clean and tidy.

The host kept me over 1hr waiting for the bed to be made after checking in after 6 pm from work only for him to bring in a ladies wrapper to make my bed with already used pillow cases and duvet . He said and I quote I don’t change beddings like that. This host stand the danger of transmitting communicable diseases in the community. I refused to sleep with already used duvet and there was none given I slept in the cold all night . No wardrobe no chairs , absolutely nothing, very bushy surrounding. No cutleries ,plates to be use ,as the wife claimed they are Muslims and they don’t share anything with non muslims. Very horrible enviroment, dirty, this host room should be investigated and removed from booking.com

Not clean, dusty not have lighting room very a comfortable furniture very dirty room we couldn’t stay because of smell Dirty shower everywhere rubbish . I hope you go and check I call I told him why is not clean and answer me I have no time He seem he have another business Absolutely disappointed I need my money to refund
