Comfortable, cosy and all the things you could need. Excellent location - walk to my work site or into town in 10 mins and across the road to Marine Parade 😁😁😁

Nothing - if you asked me to pick one thing to invest in it would be water pressure in the shower

Very noisy. Could hear a lot of noise from people next door divided by a wall. Confirmation email with details about how to get in not provided so a stressful beginning to holiday trying to get hold of owner.

Nice tidy little unit, handy to the Napier foreshore and city centre.

The bed in the kitchen takes up lots of space it would it would be more appropriate to have a murphy bed so the space is usable but can still sleep extra people.

Needed heater in bathroom Cups and plates old and cracked No milk, coffee or coffe plunger No tissues paper towns flannels or hand towel in kitchen Only one bedside take and lamp. Bed in public area not necessary Gate bangs in wind Hear others through wall Sheets not cotton
