"Great location and nice building."

It’s very well located and has a nice swimming pool.

Be aware it’s more like a room rental. Not an hotel. So no breakfast on site but great options very close. The concierge / lobby service is non existent, most of them don’t even speak English. Be aware also that it’s in a development / area of Phuket which is kind of a Russian colony. So if you want diversity look somewhere else.

Great room, exceptionally clean, kitchen, 2 TV's. Minimal amount of kitchen equipment.

Old TV's, not smart TV's. Shower head felt like pins hitting your skin.
