"A must stay if you are in the Chianti region"

An exceptional property. We only stayed for one night and cooked at home which was very easy as the place is well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby. We are a family of 4 with teenagers who were very happy to have their own rooms and bathrooms. Touch lighting on the bathroom mirrors and bedside lamps is a definite reflection of the outstanding facilities available here. Alberto, the owner, is easily contactable and very helpful.

appartamento bellissimo con un bagno per ogni stanza (viaggiavamo in otto ed avevamo 4 bagni a disposizione). Ben attrezzato, silenzioso. Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte!

Forse l'unico difetto è che l'appartamento di raggiunge attraverso due rampe di scale, ma per noi non è stato un problema.

The living room looks better than the online photo at the time of booking. Lovely views of Tuscany from the windows. The bedding is all new and comfortable. Air-conditioning in all the rooms is good. Plenty of space for the three of us and can easily accommodate more. The host is very responsive and led to a great stay. No fly screens so we left the aircon on at night which was fine. There are 20-30 steps up to the house which is normal around here. Kitchen is well equipped as are the bathrooms.

We didn't use the outdoor area as it is around the other end of the house and close to other residents so don't count on much on that front.
