BETrès bien situé et equipé, rien à redire.
La cage d'escalier et l'immeuble en lui-meme ne refletent pas le confort et la decoration sympa de l'appartement.
FREmplacement au top, nombreux transports en commun disponibles prés du logement, quartier tranquille et calme. 2 salles de bain. Hôte trés réactif et disponible.
L'humidité de l'appartement, les habits ne séchaient pas. Pas de lumière dans le salon??!! lit d'une des chambres pas très confortables (on sent les ressorts)
FRL'appartement était très propre, clair, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur de marcher, c'est accessible du centre ville, avec quelques côtes quand même. Des restaurants typiques autour de l'appartement, avec beaucoup de clients portugais. L'appartement est très accessible et le logeur très réactif à nos sollicitations. Il nous a permis de laisser les bagages jusqu'à 14h.
L'appartement est situé à l'angle d'une rue très passante. Le bruit ne permet pas de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, car beaucoup de circulation. Par ailleurs, il y avait de gros travaux dans la rue, sans doute temporaires, mais il aurait été bon de vérifier quand ils se terminent car les ouvriers attaquent au marteau-piqueur à 8h précise ... Le mythique tram 28 ne vient plus jusque là, il y a un bus de substitution pendant la période des travaux.
ESEstaba todo muy limpio, parking cercano y a unos minutos del centro en Uber. El edificio es muy tranquilo.
Está poco insonorizado. Me resultó un poco extraña la ubicación de la habitación del sofá, no está muy incorporada en la casa y es poco útil. Las almohadas son un poco incómodas.

28E tram line is under reconstruction, but at least the street was calm... 3rd floor, no lift, but in Lisbon it is nothing... Heating with airco, but good for some nights.

No tiene ascensor y las escaleras que acceden al alojamiento son bastantes feas y causan mala impresión
