The regular staff was nice and careful. Breakfasts were fine [although I took only one out of 3]. Very quiet place - next to the beach.

I am really sorry - but as a heavy booking traveller, Genius 3 level [over 150 bookings so far] - I have been to many places and hotels and this one was one of the poorest taking into consideration price/comfort ratio. First: location - on booking.com, google maps, maps.me - the Nazaki Residences are in DIFFERENT place than it actually is [over 2,2 km more "away" from Gan central place]. The owner said he had tried to update this - but I truly doubt it. Second: this booking option was very strange - once booked I HAD TO pay for the entire reservation even if I wanted to change my plans and stay only for 1 night. Third: very basic room [spacious] with "smells" and weird noise from the A/C [probably because the whole location was completely emply - only 2 guests [1 local plus myself] for weeks; Four: very weak internet connection [i could get connected only in reception - had to walk out of my room most of the time], Five: the beach was littered [see picures] and generally not very nice; Six: I was additionally charged 4% for card payment which was not mentioned in the booking.com rental conditions [the other Maldives location i also paid by card and they did not charge anything extra]. Seven: paying almost 150USD/night [see picture] is in my opinion MUCH OVERPRICED but due to very little competition they can do what they want. Eight: when I tried to explain the owner why I am not happy with the place and wanted to move - had said it's completely impossible and that he "does not care" about my opinion and I can write whatever I want.. [this was probably the worst].
