The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were really great. The apartment has a balcony too. The kitchen has utensils for cooking, dishes, cups, glasses, spoons, knives and forks. Kettle, toaster, oven, induction stove, fridge was provided. All equipment was in working condition. Can house 4 people so very great and affordable for family. It has one big bathroom with a shower curtain and required accessories in the bathroom. The bed and sofa were comfortable. A spacious wardrobe is also provided. Nearest bus stop is Ljusterogatan. You can go to city center using 76 bus (Ropsten). Apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. Easy check in using code. The apartment manager replied to all our doubts in reasonable time on the online platform. Very safe residential area and the building required us to put access codes at the entrance and even in lift. Coop (Supermarket) is right in front of the building. Ice cubes were also provided in fridge.

The toaster was not clean when we checked in. The rug in kitchen and living room is very pricky material. It is difficult to walk barefoot on it. Owner should either provide slippers for the guests or change the carpets to something softer.

Location, no wifi or tv

Lovely location in Sodermalm near the water, good bus connection to the city center and other places and a supermarket right in front of the apartment complex which was great.

When I arrived the door code I received was not valid and phone number that came with the booking did not work, luckily after a while a staff of the building I ran into had an updated list. The washing machine was only bookable via text message on booking.com to the host, but also only 24 hours before and then the host would not answer so I could not use it as wanted my last week. Communication in general was difficult. Daily disturbance due to construction was announced, but the noise was also outside the normal hours every day, and the room was not clean when I arrived (especially kitchen the dishes were not fully clean). Heating was not working first days. One day on the weekend on top the water was not working and for the price of the stay the value was too low.
