A szállás kiváló lokációval rendelkezik, pár lépésre van a pincesortól. A bejutáshoz megkaptuk a szükséges információkat, minden az előre egyeztetett szerint történt. A szoba mérete megfelelő, a bútorok újak.

Nem volt az ablakon sem sötétítőfüggöny, sem redőny. A szobában nincsen szekrény és a fürdőszobában sincsen semmilyen kiegészítő. A falak gipszkartonból vannak, így bárki más megmozdul a házban lévő 4 másik szobában, mindent hallani. A bejárati ajtón kívülről nincs kilincs, ezért mindenki becsapja maga mögött, a hangszigetelés hiánya miatt erre éjszaka minden esetben felébredtünk.
