Το κυρίως θετικό ήταν η τοποθεσία του, είναι πολύ κεντρικά στην πόλη της Κατάνια.

Αρχικά το κατάλυμα είναι ένα ισόγειο διαμέρισμα, με ελάχιστη ασφάλεια και η είσοδος σε αυτό γίνεται από έναν αίθριο χώρο στον οποίο καταλήγουν αρκετά άλλα διαμερίσματα. Ο συγκεκριμένος χώρος είναι αρκετά σκοτεινός και βρώμικος. Όσον αφορά το εσωτερικό, το δωμάτιο έχει μια διάχυτη άσχημη μυρωδιά. Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν απολύτως καθαρό και δεν ήταν καλό βαμμένο, είχε στίγματα και λεκέδες στον τοίχο. Επίσης όλο το σπίτι έχει προστατευτικές τάπες στα σιφόνια, τα οποία αν δεν αφαιρέσεις μπορεί να πλημμυρίσει. Ο κάτω χώρος (χωρίς του ισογείου) είναι αρκετά μικρός και δεν εξυπηρετούνται παράλληλα δύο άτομα. Όσον αφορά τον πάνω χώρο (το χώρος κρεβατομακάμαρας) τα πράγματα ήταν ελαφρώς καλύτερα.

There is no personal check-in, although it is mentioned in the description! The apartement is very hard to find, there is no single singnage, the street is dark, the entrance hidden, and you need two different codes to enter the accomodation! We have never received an answer for our request for a restaurant recommendation.

Fully equipped apartment in direct neighborhood of Via Etnea in the center of Catania. The apartment we were accommodated (RG7 standard) was different to the one primarily booked due to a technical conditions in RG8 apartment. Generally it was tidy, but once we saw a disgusting bug, which is understandable as the apartment is located in the old tenement. Room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel standard and the location are the main advantages of RG7 apartment.
