GBGreat location 1 minute from the beach, 2 mins to shops and restaurants. The upstairs space - 3 x double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - was great for a family with 2 teenagers. Cosy lounge, comfy sofas, great smart TV. Great check in instructions / easy to check in.
Not much natural light or airflow so very stuffy in the summer. Kitchen not really well equipped if you want to cook. No welcome gifts like wine or tea / coffee / milk etc which are usual with holiday lets. Carpets / rug not very clean.

GBshabby outside decor and dirty outside windows was a bit off putting, key not in key safe on arrival had to ring office to arrange entrance to property. Advertised with parking - what a joke.

GBGBVery nice & comfortable cottage. Good location, close to seafront & high street with shops, pubs etc.
Heating & hot water temperamental. Hot water quickly fixed by host but there was no central heating during our stay. There were some electric heaters so no major issue but something to consider when staying in the colder months.
GBIt was clean and comfortable. Beds were really great. It had everything you needed.
Nothing wrong with the house, apart from having no view.
