Good location, useful amenities

Could've beena a bit cleaner. As it is next to the train rail, it can be really loud throughout the day and night, even with windows closed.

L'emplacement

Le manage n'était pas correctement fait. L'odeur d'égouts et de moisissures mélangés étaient tres dérangeant.

Tiene una vista inigualable. A pesar de tener el comboio en frente, no es ruidoso.

Los vecinos. Pareciera vivian solos... conversaban a las 2 de la madrugada como si fueran las 10 y si hablaban por telefono lo hacian con altavoz.(misma hora)

Apartment location was superb. Was able to walk around Benfica neighborhood. It has a lift and works perfectly. Was easy to find the keys.

During our stay Lisbon was took cold, the sole heater in the apartment was not capable to warm the entire house. I ended-up getting cold. The apartment staff on the following day brought one additional heater what improved a bit the house warm condition.

Location is very easy to get to by car, self check in process was seamless and easy. Staff were responsive and friendly when contacted. Kitchen has all the appliances needed.

Apartment still had a bit od fust when we checked in. There is an incredibly foul smell of sewage that comes back in the bathroom and technical area, most probably due to bad syphoning job or building issue. Towels provided were very old and tiny. Some kitchen equipment (pan) needed maintenance.

Da limpeza, da luminosidade do ambiente, dos utensílios domésticos que haviam. Todo o mínimo para se viver em uma casa por alguns dias estavam lá.

Do barulho do trem embora fechando a janela amenizava muito. No primeiro dia tivemos que desentupir o vaso e o box e apertar os parafusos das cadeiras da sala.
