Very centrally located apartment with free parking

Easy to get there by car and you have a place for your car. Clean and comfy appartment, shop and restaurant right on the corner. Short walk to fjellheisen. Kind and helpful host.

It was a bit too hot but with window open the bedroom was ok. It really is a bit diffucult to get in and out of the shower. The location on the other side of the bridge is uncomfortable only if you're afraid of hights like me.

From the very beginning, Per Hugo - the host's - communications through Booking.com were timely and helpful and gave us everything we needed to find the property. The keyless entry was great as was having off-street parking (given that parking everywhere in Tromsø is eye-wateringly expensive!) The little apartment was more than adequate as a base for a couple for several days. The unit was very warmly heated, the bed super comfortable and having a washing machine was terrific as well. Rather than feeling like being in a motel we had a proper little place of our own to live almost like locals for a few days. Any questions we had Per Hugo was able to answer swiftly, and nothing was any fuss. In terms of location, being on the Tromsdalen side of the city was great. The Arctic Cathedral and the Fjellheisen cable car are both just over five minutes easy walk from the apartment, and walking to town over the bridge was quite possible as was heading up the Sherpatrappa walkway (a bit of a slippery scramble while there was still snow!) Particularly useful was the very well stocked 7-23 supermarket just across the road from the apartment and a great pizza place just down the road.

Seriously there were no real issues, but the bathroom is somewhat quirky! Not a problem, but if you have limited mobility I think accessing the shower might be a bit of a struggle as just have to manoeuvre around the toilet. Having said all this, if my partner and I are ever fortunate enough to visit Tromsø again we will be getting in touch with Per Hugo and booking his lovely space again

Nice cute well located cottage. Very well equipped. Plenty of utensils, private parking. Helpful owner. Grocery store right opposite the house.

Getting in and out of a the shower, requires some dexterity.

The apartment is amazing - has everything possible you might need. Great location (in front of a supermarket), parking slot (not easy to find in Tromsø), very helpful and kind host. Will definitely come back to this apartment on a next visit to the beautiful Tromsø.

Everything was perfect. No complains

A nice private space, on the quiet side of town (but oppisite the supermarket and enough restaurants), lots of walks in the neighbourhood and the mountain lift nearby for northern Light spotting. Direct bus from town (every 15 mins or so) and a direct bus from the airport.

Only a double bed which is awkward if youre not a couple :)

Very close to the cable car station! It's EV-friendly since the host installed an EV charger and offers a very bargain charging price and free parking space!

The location is amazing and the property is well maintained and had awesome views. Everything was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.
