Luxury penthouse sea view

Not much really...property is far from luxurious as stated in description

The terrace was in poor shape, with a discarded mattress and multiple garbage bags left behind by previous tenants. Common areas also felt neglected, adding to the shabby atmosphere. While the property is advertised to accomodate 8 guests, it lacked essential supplies - only 3 coffee cups and an assortment of mismatched glasses. The towels were ragged, rough and worn. The curtain rail for the door leading to the terrace was broken, preventing the option to close curtains for privacy and controlling light. TV remote in living room not working affecting entertainment options. Upon arrival, house rules posted on the wall stated no noise was allowed after 7pm, and voice levels would be recorded according to a decible chart based on time. However at 6pm the owner called to say neighbours were already complaining about noise, even though we were simply preparing dinner and listening to music on a mobile phone without speakers. With 8 people in the space, even regular conversation felt restricted, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

t was dirty, old mattress and empty bottles of wine left on the balcony, it smelled bad, hair on the floor, there was mold in all bathrooms. Toster was not working, glass that I took from the cupboard was broken. But the worst part was the host - when I messaged them about it (I wanted to report the mess and hole in the wall since we paid deposit) they started insulting me, quote: ‚You only complain, are you ok or what?’ The worst host treatment I have ever experienced.

Location ok (near bus stop, SPAR Store), no problem with parking spot in march, large terrace.

Dirty, not equipped enough, old bedding, dirty on the terrace, dirty bathrooms, tv remote does not work, table and chairs are creaking, grill spot in rust, old and holey pillows in the terrace. They charged me EUR 100 of my deposit because my Kids were to loud ( they were asleep before 9pm) and left window opened (i do not confirm it).

Good location, cozy beds, big nice apartment. Well eqipped kitchen. We always had free parking space (winter).

The apartment is spacious and modern and ideally located. It's quiet and has an amazing view from a terrace.

• Cleanliness: There are definitely areas where improvement is needed. I found crumbs in the drawers, dirt in the bathroom corners, and hair in the shower drain. That’s not what guests expect. • Usability: The apartment has a great kitchen, but it feels under-equipped. There are only a few mismatched glasses and mugs, and an abundance of salt. It would be inexpensive and convenient for guests if you added some basic items like olive oil, spices, tea, and a few more cooking tools. • Terrace: The terrace is amazing, but without ANY shade, it’s not very usable during the day. Adding a gazebo or some form of shade would make a big difference. • Furniture: The beds squeak with every movement, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep, as it wakes everyone up. Also, the pillows the host is providing are sofa cushions from leaving the room – they’re uncomfortable, hard, and too high to sleep on properly. • Wardrobe: There’s space for hanging clothes, but oddly, no hangers are provided. That’s something easy to fix. • Towels: Some of the towels feel more like cleaning rags. They’re thin, gray, and don’t smell fresh. • I needed to remind host after few days to send back me my deposit, which was said it will be sent on the day of check out
