Villa Rachele con piscina

Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Tolle Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Musste leider 60€/ Tag für eine zusätzliche Person nachzahlen. Spülmaschine ist keine vorhanden obwohl angegeben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig (wenig Klopapier, keine Schwämme, Spülmittel etc.) Der Pool wurde nur am Abreisetag gereinigt, war also leider etwas dreckig. Die Villa könnte etwas renoviert werden und die Ausstattung verbessert/ repariert. Es gibt nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage.

Quand nous sommes arrivés à 16h il faisait très chaud malheureusement vers 19h le courant s’est coupé (donc pas de Clim pas de douche après une journée de voyage)le courant est revenu le lendemain matin et il est resté très faible la machine à laver est en fin de vie elle marche une fois sur 10 .Sur l’annonce il y a 3 salles de bain mais il y a en a que deux (ils ont compté la douche extérieur)les transats en mauvais état,l’appartement du bas en mauvais état les peintures et des morceaux de plâtre tombent

The swimming pool is delightful and the garden and the lounges around the pool. A cleaner came every other the to clean the pool and it has helpful steps done into it making it accessible. The upstairs flat is light, airy and spacious with 2 sofa beds and two double bedrooms but only one bathroom. The terrace was lovely and the sofas were comfy.

We arrived as a family with small children on the heat of the day with a prearranged early check in but no one was there to meet us. It required multiple phone calls to get in after waiting. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom, the shower did not work properly and the water pressure for the taps would go in and out. The shower door did not seal so after each shower there was a puddle on the floor. There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom nor bedrooms and no clothes airer (they did bring one once asked). The recycling system in Sicily is complex but we are familiar with this but there were no bins nor bin bags provided in either flat so for a a few days we had multiple bags across the kitchen (5 are required and brought after asking). The back panel for the flush came off everytime you sat on the toilet and had to be reconnected each time. After repeated requests that were agreed to no one came to fix the shower nor toilet panel. The downstairs flat was small and had the same issues with bins and water pressure. A cot was provided but no bottom panel and tiny thin mattress and on our last day we found the panel hidden in an upstairs wardrobe and they said they didn’t know what it was for when we raised it with them. We had had to make shift with sofa cushions. The BBQ and pizza oven were dirty and had to be cleaned by us to use. The lounge on the terrace were broken with hard bars that couldn’t be seen so painful when people sat to lie down!

The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, we were there family of 9 people. Big and comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room, lots of storage for suitcases and big wardrobes, lots of sitting areas outside on every floor and by the pool sun loungers.The pool is big and we loved it, pool has lights on in the night and do we used it even in the night.Dina was always helpful if we needed anything we just texted her and she helped us. Villa is only 20-25 minutes walk from the beach, to Balestrate town is about15- 18 minutes walk ( but better by car as is not pavement, we didn’t mind as walked by the edge of the road). It was very peaceful and we enjoyed every moment

We didn’t like to leave

Dina and her staff are extremely helpful great hosts. The best thing sbot this villa is the pool area and terrace. We spend almost all our time there. The view is wonderful. There is a good outdoor kitchen and furniture for both dining and relaxing. Belastrate has many restaurants (the best are the small in the quite streets) and a lot of life and tourists in the evening. The beach is great

You will need a car to go to the city unless you like hiking Don’t expect to cook big dinners. There is close to no kitchen table space (in the ground floor apartment, but the outside kitchen does). But you can definately cook meals
