L'appartement est bien équipé et propre. La literie est bonne. La décoration est sympathique. Le chauffage fonctionne bien et il y a un sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bains. Le fait de proposer des bières et des vins à des tarifs très sympathiques est une bonne idée. Il est apprécié que quelques ingrédients pour se préparer un premier petit-déjeuner soient présents.

Avec une porte d'entrée légère l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne (je parle des bruits des voisins et du vacarme du personnel de ménage le matin). La salle de bains de notre appartement est très petite. L'appartement est assez sombre. L'auvent métallique du balcon fait caisse de résonance quand il pleut. L'heure de check-out (9h30) est plus tôt que ce qu'on observe habituellement. Le propriétaire sollicite explicitement un 10/10 sur Booking.com, ce que je trouve personnellement pas très délicat et ce qui peut expliquer que la note ici soit légèrement surcotée. Cela n'enlève rien au fait que c'est un bon logement !
