NZVery lovely place, clean and quite. Really enjoyed the view, this place is located next to a beautiful walkway. Overall 10/10 experience, would stay again!

Lack of privacy. During the evening of my stay from 7-9pm I could hear a woman screaming and shrieking in distress through the adjoining door. Unsure whether to call police or owner (incase they were in the adjoining space), and too late to arrange new accomodarion, i spent the evening with noise canceling headphones.on loud and left super early in the morning due to the discomfort of situation. It was absolutely terrifying and i will no longer use private home based accomodation after this experience.
NZNZNZThe studio felt new and fresh. We loved how clean it was and it was nice and quiet. The little garden off the bathroom was cute. We were cosy, warm and had everything we needed. Was close to Fergusson park where our son was playing football. Great little cafe down the road for coffee. The owner was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back!

NZNZThe room is really tidy and clean, which has most of things we need for a holidays or short term stay. Location is good, and it has a parking for the guest which is very handy.
I like most of it, but it would be great if there is a laundry service available, as we stayed for three nights and went to the pool one day.
