The wifi was pretty good.

Upon arrival we got the wrong code twice. So we couldn’t get in. We tried to heat something up in the oven and it immediately started smoking, same with the microwave. The bathroom wasn’t clean. And had clearly been used before our arrival. The area is really loud at night it was impossible to sleep.

Studio well equipped. Great location. Easy access to underground and other means of public transport. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and Westfield Shopping Complex. Responsive host. Host kindly allowed us to leave the luggage at the property outside check-in/checkout time.

Sofa bed not suitable for an adult, it's too hard. We booked the property for 8 nights and it was a nightmare for an adult to sleep on this sofa bed. Wobbly dining table and chairs with loose parts, safety hazard, need fixing. Since the property is on the third floor with no lift it is difficult to carry the luggage up the narrow winding stairs.

Great location and good value price

Location is perfect. 100 m from station and 5 minutes walking to Westfield Shopping center. Many restaurantes, supermarket, pub around. Bust stop at the door,easy to central London. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Good cleaner. I'll book it again.

Just the stairs. But not too many stair too reach the flat. It's ok.

Both the sofa bed and the main double beds were absolutely terrible. Both solid and uncomfortable. couldn’t get a decent nights sleep

Well located many shops around open till later, easy access to transport 15 minutos always from central London
