Happy Chamang Guest House

Location is great! There are shops (Family Mart, Coffeeshop, restaurants) nearby (about 3 minutes drive). There are also security at the entrance of the property and they were expecting us. We stayed in Feb 2025 for 2 nights. We communicated with Tiffany throughout, it was very prompt and friendly. We highlighted a small issue and she replied quickly. There were other people staying in the same house and kept to the rooms themselves. No complaints and will stay again if we do make our way there next time.

The place was well equipped with a lot of appliances and even a phone charger on standby. Facilities are also nice enough. Will return for next stay as family hometown is there too.

Although clean in general. There are some area like balconies, sofa fabric looks dirty. The kitchen was well equipped but it looks like someone been living there long term and assuming the owner. Some pots are unwashed and the fridge are fully stocked with owner items such as dried fishes and food and smell a bit pungent. Overall it was a great experience with friendly and helpful owners.

The water pressure of the water heater is good.

Horrible experience ever! Stay at yr on risk! The gate bang on my car and broke the car's lamp cover. Perhaps the engsel of the gate is too tight and caused it to move inward and toward the car parked at the car porch. Owner should have informed us about this matter. I calld the lady boss and informed her about the incident so that they could be aware about this matter in order to prevent the same accident from happening to other customer. Unfortunately, the lady boss has been scolding me non-stop for about 2 minutes and criticising me for being no common sense. I already felt very sad for my broken car. After being called "no common sense", l immediately cried my heart out after I ended the call with the lady boss. l booked the deluxe king room but was given a queen-sized bed.

Clean, spacious and good value for money

Not feel disturb even there are another guest or house owner.
