Modern Cozy City Centre Double Suite - Fast WiFi, Free Gym Access, Work Station

The apartment was very clean and the hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful when we struggled with the hot water. The apartment was easy to find and the parking too.

We stayed two nights however for the second night we did choose to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room instead of the bedroom due to the bed frame being extremely loud and waking each other up everytime we moved. The table in the living room ( under the tv) was lose and wobbly but other than that we had a lovely stay

The beds and sofa bed were not comfortable. Beddings provided were not sufficient for guest of 4. The hot water facility took a lot of time .( Wait of almost 30 minutes to get hot water is too high.It is frustrating when you come after a long drive or have to get ready for a concert and cannot get hot water for shower to freshen up). Infact for a shower i n evening , the hot water in boiler did not build up at all..had to be take shower with cold water. Bodywash quantity was inappropriate for a guest of 4.

We struggled to find the via the sat nav at first but as soon as we worked it out we knew where we’d gone wrong, it’s right by a fly over and we made the mistake of going over that when we shouldn’t of.

It was spotless clean, we asked to be checked out a little later to get enough rest before our drive back to Kent, the host agreed and the cleaner came while we were about to check out, he was the most friendliest cleaner I have ever met, Modern facilities, it wasn’t too far from the town centre, the area was quiet and other people living in the block of flats were really friendly and it felt safe.

What a beautiful flat. The pictures truly don't do it justice. It is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Really well decorated and they had all the amenities we needed. A great location as well, we can't wait to visit again. The couple that own it are so helpful and easy to contact. Thank you 😊

Right next to the Arena, where we saw an amazing event. Clean and comfortable. Good value.

I didn't dislike anything. Everything was as it should be. I dislike having to leave so much information in a review. That's enough. Booking.com sort this out. What else am I expected to say. Brilliant fantastic great.

Absolutely amazing place, the pictures on the website doesn't do its justice as actually the place is to such high standard from cleanliness to the furnishings everything top marks . The staff couldn't be any better , so polite and welcoming 😊 ,overall had great experience at this accommodation definitely will return.

Every thing nice and clean

The only thing is sofa bed was not for two people but tiny for 2 people apart from that everything is good and clean.
