Everything was incredibly clean when I walked in

Very clean, quiet and kitchen is great.

Sofa was a struggle on the evenings but that’s a minor point.

The apartment was comfortable, nice and modern. It had everything we needed.

The double sofa bed slept one comfortably, but we struggled with two and ended up swapping over to the bed.

The apartment is perfectly located for access to Leicester city centre with plenty of local parking, and only a short walk to shops (grocery shopping) and eateries. The apartment is very clean, roomy and comfortable with all kinds of facilities to make it a real home from home (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge). The hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly to any queries. There is a code entry to the buliding and then keys are picked up from a lockbox outside the apartment. Tea and coffee was provided along with a starter supply of milk and cleaning supplies for washing up, which was really handy and appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Honestly could not ask for a better stay staff was amazing and there straight away too help. Beautiful clean apartment and location is amazing lots to do for the kids local we've had a brilliant stay hoping too come back and as for value for money defo a bargain thanks for making us as comfortable as ever

Easy to access and straight forward, proper privacy and convenience of being able to access or leave the property on my own time., Once inside the apartment, we were greeted with the air freshener scent which is fine but didn't like it on while we're there so we just switched it off which is not an issue at all. The apartment is an excellent value as it is at the city centre plus it is clean and nicely decorated. It has got everything that you would need for a comfortable stay even the spare duvets for the guests if it happened to be that there are more than the two of you, although we didn't need it. Nice room temperatures. Hosts have obviously thought about everything as there is a little manual/book for guests on how to's. They even have sent the info for how to boosts the hot water even without being asked. The whole building itself felt safe and quiet most times.

I made a mistake of trying to open the lock box just near the main door when it isn't it's the lockbox just outside the apartment itself but it wasn't that much of an issue at all.

Just stayed overnight, as we are heading out to Scotland from London. We are from Ireland and visiting the UK. This place was perfect for our stay! The flat was modern, neat, organise and very clean. As in very clean and couldn't find any little tiny dirt. Nice comfy bed. Good smell of linens. The host was very friendly and gave us check-in instructions. Make sure to read the instruction especially about the water heater. The location was very convenient to city centre, restaurants. No microwave but has air fryer. There is available paid parking just beside the building, around £6/24hrs which is not bad. I don't know how the host perfectly maintains this beautiful flat as couldnt say anything bad about this place. We have tried more airbnb/booking.com before coming to this place, but this flat is absolutely different from them. Wish i could stay here for more days. Highly recommend. 10000/10 🥰
