The hotel location is perfect as the shopping and travelling becomes easier with a top notch service provided at the hotel.

The location is in the prime area, metro near, mall is near.

The toilets were not clean. Housekeeping wasn't done timely. It is not a family hotel.

I recently stayed in Collection O Nirman Vihar, My room was spacious, Clean and well decorated, staff was very friendly attentive and went above to ensure my stay was comfortable. Place was very good next to Nirman Vihar Metro station there are many good place to eat and also property provide best local food.

All the facilities made me happy, amenities were top notch well maintained and supportive staff, cleanliness was better as compared to other hotels in this range.

The hotel was hygienic and in good condition. Staffs were helpful as well.

Location was good, but no parking space.

No water supply in bathroom till 7am, I paid for breakfast but it was not provided by hotel till 8:15am then I had to check out from room.
