Nothing to be liked

Totally pathetic service and disappointed. Room was not clean, even washroom was not clean. Shower pipe was damaged. In night water was not coming. Air conditioner was not working. Hotel have to mention on website about this. Water bottle was not complementary. No breakfast available. Staff was Totally rude when asking about address. I want refund of my money.

We could not locate the hotel and did not stay at hotel. Hotel staff did not share us the location. We were roaming on the road and did not reach hotel. Our money was wasted. Please refund the money.
