Hotel Escala Colonia Roma

The hotel was new and the facilities were nice. The staff was incredibly nice and responsive.

I was placed on the first floor where anybody could just walk into the hotel. It did not feel safe at all. I would not suggest solo travelers to stay here. There were drain flies and mosquitos which bit me all night. It’s very cold at night with no heating options and very little bedding to keep you warm. The room I was in had windows facing the courtyard and the main window was blocked by the tv which was hung in front of it for some reason?? It was also really loud and hard to sleep as you could hear everything going on in the halls and lobby. Not the worst hotel in the world by far, and if you’re on an upper floor and with a partner it may be alright, but for me it was simply not worth it.

Good location and decent room

There was a really loud washing machine running from 5 to 6am and I couldn’t sleep!! In general the ground floor rooms don’t have any sound isolation and in the evening is really noisy

Nice location and extremely clean. Staff excellent and very safe.

You can hear everything happening in every single room. It would be enough to put a “please be quiet after a certain hour” sign.

El hotel queda en una muy buen ubicación, buena atención en recepción muy atentas, instalaciones limpias con todo lo básico para dormir.

El hotel puede tener una máquina de café o vender algo sencillo de comer le daría un plus.

The hotel has a really good location, staff was nice, the bed was comfy and the hotel + room was very clean

The fact that there was no window to the outside in our room, paper thin walls that had us hearing people snoring and talking. Bring earplugs
