Cuando llegué olía a mariguana desde las escaleras y en el pasillo y la habitación de al lado. Y todo se escucha de los cuartos

I felt totally safe staying in this hotel as it was guarded 24/7 at the entrance. The staff were also very good at cleaning your room as often as needed and providing fresh towels. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of nice coffee places nearby and about a 20 minute walk to some nice neighbourhood.

It was very loud at night (but this did not bother me as I was jet lagged and could sleep easily).

I liked the location, staff was very nice and helpful, and it was pretty clean, an the shower was ok for once in Mexico -usually it didn't work well.

The worst was that there were mosquitos in the hotel room, so I couldn't sleep all night. Noises from neighbors very loud, until late and started again early in the morning.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y el servicio del personal también destaca por su amabilidad y atención.

La insonorización es prácticamente inexistente. Las paredes parecen de papel; se escucha a otros huéspedes entrar y salir de sus habitaciones como si fuera la tuya. Incluso se perciben sonidos mínimos, como las teclas del móvil del personal de seguridad, lo que hace imposible descansar adecuadamente. Esto es un aspecto crítico en cualquier hotel y aquí falla claramente. Además, la habitación carece de puerta en el baño, lo que elimina por completo la privacidad.
