Attitude of staff

Hotel was good but hot water for bath was not there which was very wrong they informed us that due to solar heater they were unable to provide hot water in such case they should make available ulternat option to us

Breakfast was not provided no restaurant to serve

No ventilation in the room and bathroom

Staff was cooperative. Location is close to the Mahakal mandir. All arti sounds are audible from the location.

Expectations were too high by seeing the photos. But it didnt go well. Toilets were not clean. Room lights were not working properly.

Clean toilets, comfy beds, located very close to the temple very convenient for the devotional aspects of the trip.

Service is priced unreasonably high for the product provided. Cannot access wifi from the room, smart tv without cable connection so tv unusable without wifi. Large windows good for light, but stares directly out into someone’s balcony, lack of privacy might be concerning Entry to the hotel through a dingy overcrowded gully, definitely checkout the satellite view on google maps to see what you’re getting into.
