Designer Studio Emy Sanur

This is such a lovely little place. Spotlessly clean with Balinese-style interior. So peaceful - didn’t hear a thing for the whole of our stay. The pool was also perfect, and the staff were really wonderful. My son absolutely loved the cleaning staff, and they were so welcoming to us.

A little far out - but still easy in a Grab taxi (they arrived each time within 2/3 minutes of us ordering them).

I liked how big nice and comfortable the room was and that it was in a relatively quiet area that still was not too far from other attractions.

After a big rain I encountered some water bugs, but the odorless bug repellant in the room helped get rid of them.

The rooms are nicely furnished, the surrounding neighborhood is nice. 5-10min drive from the center of Sanur and the beach.

Really very nice and helpful staff. And the location was very authentic in a Balinese living quarter. A supermarket and a small kiosk were just round the corner. If you're going for something full-on touristy, you might want to go for something like Maya sanur or Pavillions, but for me just what I was looking for. The central courtyard was cared for very well, the pool is large and well maintained, and there's all kinds of cute animals around. The kitchen was nice, as well.

It seemed to me, that the owners were in the process of rennovating my villa, and the floor in the shower wasn't really completed. But flipflops did the trick nicely. Not really a problem.
