Very responsive and accommodating host. Mat responded promptly to all my requests. I would say he went above and beyond. Lovely, clean, warm and cosy flat. I had a wonderful stay. Will plan to stay here again when I visit Margate.

The location was great - really central.

The room smelt of smoke, which I communicated to the owners, but have never heard back.
