Denize yakın lüks dubleks

We, as a family with a toddler, stayed for a week in this apartment in Mahmutlar. We appreciated how well the apartment was furnished - it had all the necessary things to live, cook, do laundry etc including a washing machine and a dish-washer. A point of concern, though, was - it wasn’t baby proof (wouldn’t have mattered for a group of adults though) - the stairs are steep, the sofa and armchairs had very sharp edges. In general the apartment was “a bit tired” - older bed linen, some paint was peeling off, some door knobs fell off or the balcony door was hard to open. On the positive side - we had just 5 minutes walk to the sea-side or a bus stop to Alanya/Shopping malls and there were several grocery stores around. A surprise was the fact that the owner wanted us to pay separately electricity and water consumption, which wasn’t stated on the web, however, as it was low, we got our deposit returned in full. Elevator was very useful for the suitcases and for the baby stroller. In total we felt very safe staying at this place.

I absolutely love our stay at this duplex in Alaniya in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by banana plantations and 400 meters away from beach. All the necessary shops, fruit markets and restaurants are just around the corner. There is a very good kindergarden nearby, our toddler loved it. In reality this apartment looks incredible and much cozier than in the photos. The first floor with well equipped kitchen and amazing sets of plates, kitchen utensils and glasses to different taste. I adore beautiful dishes, so in this apartment I could set the table like in a restaurant. Also we enjoyed marvelous terrace with a big table and chairs. It was not that hot in October and we could dine outside on this wonderful balcony. And a beautifully furnished living room was really spacious for the kids to play and for us to enjoy watching a film in the evening. There are two nice bedrooms on the second floor. We asked the host about two single beds for the children and he kindly arranged it for us. Everything was perfect but for the smell coming during day time from the bathroom in master’s bedroom. Perhaps it’s the only negative thing, because all in all, this apartment is the best. I definitely would like to come back and rent this apartment again, because it’s very clean, amazing, modern and beautiful.
