Cleanness, No TV in Rooms, AC not working properly and No AC remote in Room

My room was immaculate very well-maintained, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were crisp and fresh. I also loved the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, a fully stocked minibar, and quality toiletries in the bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day.

Staying at this hotel was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff made me feel right at home with their kind and attentive service. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a great view that made mornings extra special. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.

The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job keeping everything tidy. I'm so impressed with this hotel.

I stay at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was so clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They always make sure we have everythings we need. The location was perfect, near to all the main attractions. We really enjoy our stay and we definitely recommend this hotel to everyones.
