The location was good

The receptionist didn't give the room key. He was very unprofessional and less co operative.

The staff is very courteous & responsive. They have always been accomodative for everything . The food is good & tasty . All the staffs from the Security , to Housekeeping , Reception & Restaurnat are ever smiling & helpful . Specially would like to mention Mr Anup Sharma at Lobby , Mr Nikhil & Mr Raju at Restaurant .

The property is clean ,

The rooms are specious untidy and The bathrooms were clean but the food and staff is very good.... It's near by most of the markets within walking distance and a cab can come easily...... Just rooms are clean the way they should be that's why gave 3 star

Amazing stay with excellent service throughout. Special thanks to Shivangi at the restaurant for her warm hospitality. The staff took great care of us, often stepping in to help without being asked. We’ll definitely be coming back….!!!!
