"Habitación muy amplia y piscina inmejorable"

La habitación es muy amplia y con vistas hacia el costado, se logra ver algo de la playa y la Collins Ave. La cocina es correcta, tiene lo necesario para hacer comidas sencillas. La piscina del edificio es de muy buen tamaño. Además cuenta con lavandería por monedas en cada piso, lo que lo hace muy práctico estancias largas que requiera de lavar ropa.

El edificio no cuenta con gimnasio y el restaurante estaba cerrado por remodelaciones. Para este apartamento no hay servicio de limpieza por defecto, por lo que debes preocuparte por secar las toallas luego de cada uso y comprar papel higiénico.

Great location, very close to the beach and included beach chairs and such.

I thought it was ocean front because of the name of the listing. Also, having to pay for parking was very inconvenient, however that was stated on the listing

The location

The property was disappointing because everything was covered in dirt, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The beds were in poor condition, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it.
