This hotel is more 3 star! very run down needs a refurb. Just got back & wanted to let people know that the food is very very bland all the same every day , & all freezing cold!! Bar staff are the only friendly staff there. My husband got food poisoning from under cooked burger at the pool snack bar. Check the inside of the meat before eating. Plenty of better hotels in Bodrum. Would never revisit.

We've been at this hotel lots of times over the last 17 yrs, we were there in June of this year and had s good holiday. We returned 4th Oct with family and it was nothing short of horrendous. We were stuck in a dingy dated room on level 4, didn't even know these rooms existed. The balcony was covered in trees and dirty. The shower screen was hanging off and we had an old bath. The good was horrendous, mostly kebab meat. Our first night we tried for 15mins to get soup spoons. Three waiters ignored us, finally I asked a chef and he got us some. Plates and cutlery weren't being replaced, same with food..lots of empty containers. We gave up and ate out all week. Thankfully I complained to easyjet and the reception and we were moved on the Monday to a sea view room, which came with loud music from morning to midnight. The highlight of the week were the housekeeping staff. I can honestly say we won't be back..worst holiday ever.

The first impression was good the first day well the food was less than good all of the food was mislabeled /no allergy information / food was cooked then left under temperature which is dangerous / rice was cooked then kept at lukewarm which is a danger in itself / we we’re supposed get be branded drinks they weren’t Some of the staff were good. But a lot of them were bloody awful didn’t know a word of English the room and hotel definitely wasn’t 5 star at best 3 star at a push they served up food in the morning and if it wasn’t eaten to would be re-served. For lunch. Which was at best pig slop We ended up spending a small fortune eating out even though we had paid for it. Even The local restaurant owners knew how bad the food was even commented about the hotel how bad the food was

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.

I think relative to what we paid I couldn’t really find much to complain about. The room was tired but we only slept there. The food wasn’t great and repetitive but there was enough to get a decent breakfast and lunch. Staff were friendly hotel was clean drinks you could get where great right on the beach I would definitely recommend based on what we paid is it a 5* no but then again I definitely didn’t pay 5* prices
