Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel

Awful. Currently staying at this hotel and it is certainly not up to a 5-star standard, more like a 2 or 3-star at best. The food is repetitive and quickly became boring, with little variety from day to day. The rooms are poorly maintained, with wallpaper peeling off, mold on the walls, a dangerously damaged hair dryer wire, and a fridge that doesn’t work and leaks water everywhere. The exterior isn’t much better, large holes in the walls exposing pipes, and what was advertised as a “garden view” is actually more of a plain courtyard with just a few trees and bushes. On the positive side, I have to give huge credit to Bella from the entertainment team. She was absolutely fantastic, so kind and engaging, and made a real effort with all the children. My daughter adored her, and she is truly a credit to the hotel. Outside of the hotel, there are plenty of highlights: some lovely restaurants and bars nearby (I especially recommend Castablanca wine and grill Bar, which was amazing, great service and a relaxed vibe with the option to watch the football, great staff who are very welcoming and the food and drinks are also reasonable priced), as well as a good selection of shops. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel itself is a huge letdown and nowhere near the standard it claims to be.

Just returned from our 2nd year at this hotel and will be booking for next September in the next couple of days. Staff can't do enough to help especially Sahin in the green bar and Ozzie in the lounge bar. Ozzy, the spa rep is very helpful and so friendly. Can't wait to be back already! Would recommend booking a relax sea view room

Very disappointed with the hotel. It should not be classed as 5 star, more a 2. I will explain why: The first room had a shower that never drained. Therefore water seeped all over floor. The next room we were moved to had a shower with cold running water for the whole holiday. This was reported to reception who did nothing. Amenities like pools and dining options are plentiful, yet rooms are dated. Cleanliness is ok but not 5 star. Food in restaurants was mostly cold, choice of breakfast was limited. No croissants, pastries etc. Evening meal meat choice was minimal, mainly chicken. Not always bread available for toast and could only get omletter, no poached or fried. Whilst there was a beach the sun beds were poor. No waiter service available for drinks as normally 5 star hotels do. Hotel as stated was near to local attractions but feel this is the only thing that’s correct in the description. Advise if you want a 5 star hotel ‘DO NOT GO’

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza quando siamo arrivati ma il giorno dopo hanno risolto il problema in modo impeccabile. L animazione è presente e ogni sera davano uno spettacolo diverso. Grazie a Dalia e Stella per la disponibilità. I servizi sono perfetti, l' all inclusive da a disposizione tantissimo dal bere al mangiare in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Posizione ottima il.centro è vicino e pieno di locali. Bella esperienza.

Le camere andrebbero un po' insonorizzate si sente la musica dei locali vicino fino alle 4 del mattino

Very nice facilities, pool, great views. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Great a la carts restaurants include with all inclusive. Good music and friendly relaxed vibe.

Otelde sadece 12 saat kalacağımız için biz çok umursamadık ama uzun süreli konaklamada tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel çok bakımsız çok eski çok karışık ve yemekleri kötü çalışan personelleri iyiydi teşekkür ederiz
