"Beautiful relaxing comfortable stay at the seaside with amazing sunsets!"

Beautiful modern clean fresh new spacious room with all the necessary standard facilities and comfortable bed and furniture and much day light. Big balcony. Very much caring and nice hosts and personnel. A swimming pool, a restaurant with delicious local (and not only) food - you have all you need in one place. The main beach is just across the road through the park. Many grocery shops around the hotel.

We went with a friend to Georgia for a vacation and at first we took the hotel as just a place to stay, but the hotel exceeded all our expectations, the food is very tasty, the staff is very friendly and caring, and of course a very friendly director who is ready to help in any case.

Stylish family Hotel suitable for kids and adults. We loved our room and its balcony. Very clean. Best location in kobuleti a bankomat just 10 meters away the beach 2 minutes walk. Very good restaurants in the nearby while the restaurant of the hotel is cozier and has better prices. The breakfast was the happiness of the morning various and tasty. Very kind helpful hardworking staff. Everything was exceptional. We spent 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave. Thank you Zurab thank you girls for everything and for the breakfast atmosphere and specially for the most delicious marmalade in the world 😊 . Special thanks to you Ruslan. Thank you David for the airport transfer.

We loved the location, the amazing room and balcony. The pool is good size. The sea is a short walk away which is a plus. Takes about 2-3 minutes.

There were some noisey guests during our stay - loud chats that are very uncomnfortable. But I have to say it is not the hotel's fault - the security did a very good job and tried to calm them down.
