Walking distances to shops and eating places. Easy to catch Uber taxi on the side street. Staff spoke English and very accommodating. Able to sleep family of 8 comfortably. Felt like home away from home.

The design of the room was very modern, up to date and clean. There was a minor issue with the bathroom shower that was reported and fixed the next day. The staff was very attentive and responsive. I was surprised to learn that there was free laundry service that was provided, which is a great amenity that wasn't known before to me. The location itself is great. Just a block from the City Hall Train station. Just behind the hotel were several clean and nice restaurants to dine at. I booked a room with 3 double beds, which isn't easy to find in the middle of Myeongdong.
Other than the minor issue with the bathroom shower, not many negatives to report.

Small but still well sized - the washroom, bedrooms and sitting area were perfect for a 3 person stay. The staff is incredibly quick to respond and helpful for whatever you may need. The building itself is quiet and small, we never heard (or really seen) people from other rooms.
