Location in the middle of the city

Hygiene, hair from previous guests everywhere. Very very very small, even for just 1 person its not recommendable. Furniture blocking so you could not open drawers or dishwasher properly. And when asking the host if there was towels etc. In reply they send you a screenshot from another location, saying no stress, just copy paste. It has the same... Like if we could know that and was asking stupid question.... Not nice!

The stay was a disaster from start to finish. We found the apartment dirty: besides crumbs, used glasses, and opened food, the most serious issue was finding two used toothbrushes in the bathroom, which luckily did not end up in my child’s hands. When I reported the dirt, the host did not even apologize, saying these were just “minor things” that can happen. I had also been guaranteed a crib for my child. Leaving aside the fact that there was not even enough space to open a suitcase, let alone place a crib, the crib itself was left in a basement on floor -1, in an environment I would not call "healthy". I would have had to carry this huge crib (not a foldable model) up the stairs, figure out how to fit it through the door, and then still not have space to place it. When I asked for an explanation, the host simply said the crib was provided for free, so I had little reason to complain. Free or not, it was a service I had been assured and relied on. To make the experience even worse, outside the house I repeatedly encountered a disturbing person asking me to buy him beers, so every time I returned with my child I was worried about running into him. Edit: The host replied claiming that I refused to pay for the crib, but this is simply impossible. As clearly shown in the booking confirmation (attached) and in the conditions still visible for this property, both the crib and the stay for the child were guaranteed as free. Saying otherwise is just false. Moreover, given the host’s bad faith, I won’t even go into details about the glasses: they were not just dusty, but actually used. This is further evidence of the unreliability of this host

We got a fine when we parked for 2 minutes in front of the apartment to load our luggage. Also the property is very small, bed is quite cramped and some furniture could benefit from an upgrade
