No cleaning no clean water
ININThe location was good as its in a mall n thts abt it, nothing else.
Extremely basic hotel with minimal furniture n no room service. Knob of the shower in my washroom (roon - 106) was broken n hotel people know it well tht noone can take bath as there is no way to get the water out from tht faucet. They still chked me in to tht room knowingly. I chked in to the hotel at 10 pm n didn’t notice that it is broken. Next morning i had to start for my work at 6.30 am in morning. When i finally realised tht i cant shower it was already 6.15 n I had no time to ask for a room change so i had to fill the bucket with jet of commode n then managed to take a bath There was a take taker kind of person sitting at reception who was sleeping when i finally chked out so no scope of making any complaint. I had to wake up to handover the room keys

It's like local lodge..can't imagine in the mall this kind of a hotel ah ...worst experience...bad smell
