To be very frank I found it very difficult to locate the hotel in the mall.There was no board. 2. Water kept on leaking in the flush. Informed the staff. Wastage of water. 3. No Soap, shampoo was available. 4. Mosquitoes were there in the room. I was informed that they have shifted recently and better amenities will be available in due course.

The staff were very nosy, I was first given a room with no windows and when I asked to change, the staff said you guys need a dark room anyway right? I was 20 minutes late to checkout, and I got three calls in those 20 mins urging us to checkout even after I said that I can pay extra if it needs done. Very unprofessional very unwelcoming.
